Our Multi-Sport Summer Camp in Oakville offers a balanced, full-day experience designed to keep kids active, engaged, and creatively inspired throughout the summer. With a mix of physical activity, social interaction, and creative play, the program encourages healthy habits and positive growth. From morning warm-ups to afternoon games and art sessions, children are encouraged to explore new skills, make friends, and enjoy a screen-free summer filled with energy and learning.

The Summer Camp Program Details

Season Duration:

  • Week 1: July 2–4 (3-day week)
  • Week 2: July 8–12
  • Week 3: July 15–19
  • Week 4: July 22–26
  • Week 5: July 29–August 2
  • Week 6: August 6–9 (4-day week)

Summer Camp Training Plans:

  • 9:00 – 10:15 AM – Warm-Up & Physical Conditioning
    Light cardio, stretching, agility drills, and coordination games to get moving and build athletic readiness.
  • 10:15 – 10:30 AM – Snack Break
    A quick, supervised snack to recharge and hydrate.
  • 10:30 – 11:45 AM – Sport-Specific Skill Training
    Focus on soccer (primary), basketball, and track & field fundamentals through drills and skill stations.
  • 11:45 – 12:15 PM – Water Play & Outdoor Break
    A fun, supervised cool-down with sprinklers and water games to beat the summer heat.
  • 12:15 – 1:00 PM – Lunch Break
    A relaxed break indoors to eat, rest, and socialize.
  • 1:00 – 2:00 PM – Arts & Crafts / Creative Time
    Indoor creative sessions to recharge the body while engaging the mind.
  • 2:00 – 2:15 PM – Snack Break
    Light snack and water before the final session.
  • 2:15 – 3:15 PM – Game of the Day
    Rotating sports matches: soccer scrimmages, basketball games, dodgeball, and more to apply skills in fun competition.
  • 3:15 – 4:00 PM – Free Play / Cool-Down
    Relaxed time with options like board games, Switch/Xbox, or supervised light activity before pick-up.

  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Monday to Friday, St. Hilary Elementary School, 5070 Fairwind Dr, Mississauga, ON L5R 2N4

Payment Options:

  • Kids Summer Camp Cost: $175 (before tax)
  • One-time lump sum payment
